Spark protection barriers are designed for spark protection of signal circuits of two-wire sensors with unified output current signals and discrete signals in control systems and electrical automation of explosive industries. The barriers are passive, have a galvanic connection between the input and output and belong to the class of shunt diode barriers with mandatory spark-proof grounding. Barriers with intrinsically safe input electrical circuits of the explosion protection level "ia" in subgroups IIC, IIB, comply with the requirements of GOST R IEC 60079-0-2011, GOST R IEC 60079-11-2010 and are intended for installation outside explosive zones of premises and outdoor installations.
